    Hi Louis,

    Legacy Downloads are a benefit of ActivePDF Maintenance & Support. Your M&S contract must be current to access these downloads.

    If you have a current Maintenance and Support contract:

    1. Sign-in (or create a new profile) at https://support.activepdf.com
    2. Click “My Profile”
    3. Click “Entitlements” tab

  • Hello,

     

    I have a valid maintenance contract and have reviewed the above KB article, but have nothing listed under entitlements. Is there something I need to do to "link" my support login to my company's maintenance contract in order to see entitlements?

    Hi David,

    I took a look at your entitlement page and I see your entitlements listed. What browser are you using to view the page? Can you try Chrome or Firefox if you have not?

    • We recommend using Chrome or Firefox browsers. Internet Explorer is not supported.

  • I did try both Chrome and Firefox. Chrome will not let me log in at all, nor will Firefox. In both cases, I can access the support page, but when I click Sign In, it just does nothing except add "return_to=https%3A...……" to the URL. Every time I click Sign In, it adds that text again, so the URL gets longer and longer every time I click it. Firefox will not even render the page correctly (it's all plain text), but I can still select a hyperlink that says Sign In, but it does the same thing as Chrome. The only browser that will allow me to sign in is Internet Explorer.

  • I just figured out what the issue with Chrome was. I turned off DuckDuckGo privacy essentials, and the sign-in box appeared as normal. Sorry for the mix-up.
