I want to draw a line which separates header and page content, how I can do this?

I am using ActivePDF WebGrabber, I want to draw a line which separates the header content from the page content, as displayed in the image below :

Please let me know we can draw such type of line using ActivePDF Web Grabber? if yes then let me know how we can do this?

  WebGrabber does not have the ability to change the content of the HTML it is converting in the output PDF in this manner. A separator line like this would either need to be created in the HTML or you can post process the file using Toolkit to create the line using DrawTo method.
