Server Test Utility returns Error -2, -5 or -503

After installing ActivePDF server, the Test Utility for testing you will see error -2, -5 or -503.

Probable Cause

These error codes are shown because the Windows Remote Desktop services are installed  in Windows 2008 R2. This service is similar to Terminal Services in Windows 2003.

No Resolution

ActivePDF is not supported in these remote environments.
