How do I check to see if the WG patch is installed?

Download patch

After running the patch executable, check the WebGrabber patch log to confirm that the necessary files have been updated.

C:\ProgramData\activePDF\WebGrabber\ WG_IEConverterPatch.log

The patch updates the WebGrabberPrerequisites.msi and you can consider the update a success if you find the message in the log file, msiexec result: 0

If you get any other result (such as msiexec result: 1638) then go to the Control panel, manually uninstall  WebGrabberPerequisites and re-run the patch as administrator

Also, check the newly installed version of ScriptX 

• C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\MeadCo ScriptX\system\ SMUser71.exe
• Right-click> Properties> Details
• And  the version should be 7.7.0.20
