Server Test Utility Fails with "PStoPDF failed" and Return Code -10147

The Server Test Utility Fails with "PStoPDF failed" and  returns -10147.

Probable Cause

This is a result of corrupt databases.

Resolution

1. Navigate to C:\WINDOWS\ActivePDF.
2. Delete all the files with extension .apdb.
3. Restart all activepdf services.
4. Run the ActivePDF Test Utility again.
