    Hello Yuvarajan,

    The Watch Folder system is pretty basic and has limited options. The only resource for error description is parsing through the log file.

    C:\ProgramData\activePDF\Logs\

    Note that you may enable Verbose logging through the Configuration Manager if you would like to obtain more detailed information. The verbose logging creates quite a bit of extra data, so be careful with it and be sure to clear it out as needed.

     

    If you would like more control over the conversion process. You may create your own application, check the results of each conversion, and capture any error messages.
