Microsoft Excel conversions time out with PDFExport and PDFPrint.
Probable Cause
The user running DocConverter does not have access to the Printers and may be running STR software.
Resolution
Add the user that runs DocConverter to the Print Operators group. See your System Administrator for assistance.
