File Fails to Convert and Stays in Input Folder
When using the DocConverter watch folder capability, a file remains in the input folder without being moved or converted.
Probable Cause
The file may have a security-related block.
Resolution
- Right-click the file and select Properties.
- Select Unblock next to the Security note.
- Attempt the conversion again.
