Have IT Systems check to see if the target server is running virus scan software. These programs can cause trouble with our software.
Servers running virus scan software can experience interference with the program blocking access to the ProgramData license files which is required to run our software. IT Systems will need to clear the blockage from the server's virus scan software causing trouble with our software.
Resolution: IT Systems needs to put the ActivePDF components into the antivirus' white list. After this is done reboot the server and manually restart the service. This should resolve your issue.
